Music or sound is silent

Music and sound effects have separate on/off buttons at the top of the game. Also check your phone's volume and silent switch, and your headphones or speaker.

The screen won't rotate

Open Control Center and turn off Portrait Orientation Lock.

Keeping your progress

Your progress is saved on your iPhone. Update the app instead of deleting it. Deleting the app can erase your progress, and this version does not include cloud saving or transfer between devices.

Token purchases

Optional token packs are purchased through Apple. Tokens are added to the game on the device where you bought them. For billing questions or refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase completed but tokens did not appear, reopen the app; if they are still missing, email us with the date of the purchase.

Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026. This policy covers the Buttercup Café iPhone app published by Southcliff Farm LLC.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information from the app. Buttercup Café does not require an account, and it does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking.

What stays on your device

Your baker name, character styles, game progress, token balance, furniture choices, and sound settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Email support

If you email us, we use your message and email address only to answer you, and we do not sell or share it.

Changes and contact
